Yes! I stayed up until midnight last night, I had a felling that pottermore would open on a multiple of seven. Still no second email but my local Barnes and noble is all out of wands, I just checked today.

lol's why buy a wand when you can make your own!!!

I could try but it would most likely come out looking like a twig with no bark on it.

lol thats happens when you rty to make it out or real wood, I made a few with paper and a gluegun, they look a lot better then wood... I'll post a pick of one. brb

I'm a little miffed that we didn't get to choose our own usernames... I hate to have a string of numbers tacked on in the end emotion_8c

I know, me too. I forgot the numbers at the end of my username and I had to click forgot my username, but I didn't get the email with that yet...(why didn't they put the username in the activation email? sigh, now I'm waiting on TWO emails from pottermore)

The link in the activation email should have your username somewhere in it (mine did - I forgot the numbers at the end of my username but happened to see it in the url).

What choices of usernames are you guys getting? (Not the numbers, I'm just wondering what sorts of choices there are.) My choices were

FeatherMahogany

Nothing fantastic in my opinion, but a couple are ok at least. I don't like the first two.

I like how giving us a few choices keeps all the names very potter-esque and without the names of the characters or anything. However, I think 10 choices would be better than 5. 5 is very limited choices - I got 2 I didn't like, 1 ok, and 2 good, but unfortunately I didn't get any that I thought "Ooh, I really like that username". What were your username choices? (without the numbers) Just wondering what other ones there are.

Another idea would be to let us pick our own numbers at least. So we have 5 (or 10) options of usernames but without any numbers, and can add up to five numbers to the end of the one we pick (obviously, it would have to be something that isn't already taken). That way we could have numbers we like and that are WAY easier to remember.

So did you get your second email pretty soon after you signed up? Did you sign up really close to when it opened?

I signed up about 4 hours after it opened, and I'm guessing that by then a lot of people had already signed up, so it might take a while for me to get my second email crying (So glad I checked it then though. I nearly forgot and just went to sleep, and probably wouldn't have checked until tonight sweatdrop )

I didn't like any of the ones I got. I ended up choosing DawnBat29193, though. There was a username for NifflerGold28473 or some other numbers, just made those up but ew that username. Come on...yeah 10 usernames could definitely be better.

Probably because it was in the middle of the url, but now you know for future reference.

I think we are all eagerly waiting for that second email.
I keep checking for it like every minute, knowing that it'll probably come like tomorrow or something. XP
