Very powerful wizards have to help protect the stadium from muggles. The stadium itself is gold, and it's got memory charms on it to keep muggles away.

I believe the seats in the top box are purple and gold.

Seduction & Greed
The Bulgarian Veela are seductive, and the Leprechauns throw money around, so I suppose that could be greed?
