Fred and Snape in the movie. Snapes death was preventable, they could have used the "Essence of dittany" to save him. I really don't remember them reffering to Hermione "running out" of it. Fred didn't die smiling like he did in the book either.

I don't think dittany would have prevented anything. Something in Nagini's bite makes it so that it doesn't stop bleeding (like when she bit Arthur Weasley, and I am sure they tried dittany when that happened, before finding something that did eventually stop it).

Saddest was snapes. I was disappointed in Hedwigs death in the movie for some reason. The book made me cry when she died. Movie made no tears at Hedwigs death.
