It was either Hermione or Albus. But in the end I voted for Hermione.
I found this a really hard question since I wanted to spend some time with all of them. They all have unique personalities and they all offer something different.

I would choose to spend a day with Hermione. We would probably read all day in a pair of comfy chairs with a mug of butterbeer and a plate of biscuits. that sounds like a great day to me.
