Wow, that is a really hard one. I think I would rather have... God, I don't know what I would do. The best choice seems to be to die in the bathroom and stay there forever. The two choices both sound horrible, but splitting my soul into seven would mean having to murder others in the process, face the gruesome consequences, and so on (things I would not consider doing.)
