To be honest, I agree with Ron's actions. They weren't the right choices, but I wouldn't have made a much better choice in his place. I think it's understandable.

You wouldn't believe your friend when they tell you to your face that they didn't do something? as for leaveing in the forrest I'm not sure Id be able to hold a grudge since it wasn't all his fault but still, you don't leave your friends. Ever.

Agreed, you stick by them Neville would have.

Especially in a dangerous situation you don't leave your friends because you yourself might get hurt as might have they.

I like Ron but I could have slapped him in that scene.

I can understand your opinions, but I can also understand Ron's actions. My choices would not have been much better. Not everyone is perfect, remember that. I think Ron didn't actually think Harry did put his own name in, but he was still jealous. Harry always got attention, whether he wanted it or not.

And also, sometimes you have to leave your friends. That wasn't one of those times, but sometimes you do.
