If you want more gothy eyes you DEFINITELY need more black. Try using more eyeliner and black eyeshadow ;D *has a load of gothic friends and the like*

thanks for the tip sugar. all I had was dark grey eye shadow and a black pencil eyeliner. I bought black shadow and black liquid liner today. I'm gonna use the black pencil for smudging and the liquid liner for definition. along with the darker shadow, I SHOULD get the affect I want.

Black liquid eyeliner is a MUST for gothy looks, considering it stands out more than regular pencil eyeliner. I myself only use liquid eyeliner, so you can imagine ^^

And the black shadow will DEFINITELY come in handy ;D

Let me know how it turns out! OOhh also, make sure you put on mascara to bring definition to your lashes =P

oh I definitely have the black mascara, which I had to buy cuz I only had brown. I considered fake lashes for a bit, but I have sensitive eyes and skin and thought they might not be a good idea.

Hmmm fake lashes actually ARE a really good idea but if they are gonna irritate your eyelids then better not even try. I've always been intrigued by fake eyelashes, I want to try them some day xDD

There's this girl over here that wears the most AMAZINGLY HUGE fake lashes I've EVER seen. EVER. The name's Spooky and she has this sort of cyber spooky lolita style. She's awesome, but not at all my style xDD

I can't wait for Halloween! It's my favorite. My sister is having a party, so I'm gonna go visit her. It should be way fun. Though, she did say she would like to see what real witches do on Halloween, which kinda makes me feel like a performing monkey, but I'm trying to see it as an opportunity to educate one more person and erase a little more ignorance. 3nodding

I made pumpkin truffles the other day for Halloween. They're so good! I'm gonna take some to each of my siblings and keep some here for me too. My youngest niece is going as a witch for Halloween, which is adorable and ironic. She thinks the TV remote is her wand. rofl My oldest niece is going as a fairy. Since I always get them a little something for Halloween, I got the younger one a broom (every witch needs a proper broom! ) and the older one I'm making a little drawstring pouch with glitter in it (fairy dust ya know wink ) which I should be working on right now actually.

@ Sanda: omg guess what? my boss had swine flu last week! The man's been working there like 22 years and has only called off sick a handful of times. He was off for a WEEK this time. I'm thinkin about makin him a tshirt that says "I survived Swine Flu" lol xd

so tomorrow... I have a band competition in the morning, which i'm really excited for, and then after that one of my closest friends from summer camp is coming over to spend the night. She's bi and newly-ish single, so I kinda wonder if anything is going to happen between us... ;P

As for my costume, my aunt gave me this really pretty black lacy gothic dress she wore back when she was in college, and so I'm going to wear that, along with black angel wings and a ton of eyeliner and stuff. So I guess I'm going to be a sort of goth angel fairy thing, which is super cliche but whatever, i'll have fun with it. And I got my ears pierced again tonight, which I've been wanting to do for ages, so now I have two piercings in each earlobe, and I am soooo happy :D <3

I ended up dressing up as Minnie Mouse for Halloween!

I know, a total cliche and whatnot, but I looked cuuuuteeee x33 And the skirt was HELL to make @____@ Especially because my sewing machine broke at the worst point and I couldn't continue until dad fixed it on friday, just the day before Halloween xD I nearly DIED!

*POOF* I haven't disappeared! Here I am! I've been busy with work and getting ready to go back to school and christmas prep. gonk I have too many aunts and uncles to buy them all presents every year, so I make them something. This year I decided to make them all truffles. I'm making White Chocolate Macadamia Nut ones, Mocha, Orange with dark chocolate, and Gingerbread truffles. blaugh

OMG I'm finally done with the Christmas event @___@ It gave me a chance to clear out my deposit and get rid of all the crap in my inventory that wasn't even worth selling xDDD I really like the caroling items heart

And the garbage wings are awful and despicable xDD

Now I'm off to do my nails Christmas-style! Hope they turn out well xDD
