Well I have an update about what has been going on in my life lately!
Okay, so Monday-Thursday of this week I've had movers/packers un my house because very soon (May 27th to be excat) I'm moving back to South Carolina. So yea, right now I'm sitting on my crappy and temporary bed. Buuuut I'm on my laptop that I got for Christmas that has wir bought wireless! My daddy bought wireless so I wouldn't be bored, which I totally have been all this week!

What's up with you guys? We haven't talked in forever!

what's up with me? in a word...FINALS. BLEH! I can't wait for this week to be over. I am SO ready for summer. I just had this amazing idea for a party/cookout. Caribbean themed! jerk chicken, pineapple, coconut, bananas, rum, reggae, steel pan music...it's gonna be AWESOME. now I just gotta talk my parents into it. lol

Ugh. Finals, sorry about those. I have to take mine soon too. Since I'm moving like a month earlier than school actually gets out. But then of course, I don't think my freshman in high school finals are going to be as hard as yours.

I had finals last week. I'm totally relishing this time off.
Not that I get to relax much. I have 3 costumes to finish by the 31st. I've kind of finished one (my gothLoli), and I've started teh gaidin's vampire, but I haven't even started my actual cosplay competition costume. gonk

heh. That cookout sounds like a normal weekend meal at my parents. They have an obsession with all things tropical.

[rant]so my boyfriend destroyed my desktop =| he accidentally clicked on one of those REALLY bad advertisements. It now has like, six trojans and about fifty smaller spyware and a couple worms =[ And since I don't have a registry cleaner, I have to go and delete all the keys by hand but now I'm having issues with not being able to find them when I'm on the admin account because they only show up when I'm on the non-admin account, but I can only delete them on the admin account. And I'm getting popup windows when I'm not even connected to the internet. And its really slow because that's what these things do. Meh.[/rant]

In other words, thank god I have a laptop.

And I got these new gloves for work because the soap (I wash dishes basically) makes my hands peel, but these gloves seem to be making it worse = It feels like I have old man hands that shed skin everywhere.



AAAAAAAAAAnd since school's out, I want it to be sunny and warm so I can go lay in the pool all day. =]

And that party does sound fun, and yummy.

ooh, Lorneh, sorry bout your computer. I think I'd take it to a pro. I'd just mess it up more if I tried to fix it myself. It'd probably be more cost efficient to get a pro to fix it than to buy a new computer if it has a meltdown. confused

well, i know what im doing, i taught myself how to do this when i was like 16 because i used to have a really crappy computer, i just haven't done it on the computer i currently have so its taking longer.

good for you! I'd like blow up my computer if I tried to fix that complicated of a problem myself. A regular ol' virus or somethin I can handle, but worms and trojans 'n stuff...ugh. luckily my campus has this free technical assistance service thing. biggrin I don't dare tell my dad though. If he found out I had any slight problem with my computer he really would blow it up, even if it was just a simple virus or somethin. He doesn't understand that if you have like 6 antivirus programs it's actually BAD for your computer. I tried to explain to him that they kinda start fighting each other and don't do their job, but he doesn't listen. rolleyes 'cuz he's the dad and he knows everything...psh...

the website badassbuddy.com (which I don't suggest going to unless you have really good protection against spyware) they have a search feild where you can search icons on the site and I guess above the site's search bar, there was an advertisements search bar, and he used the wrong one. I was asleep at the time, and woke up to him telling me this, so...yeah. Don't click things you aren't sure of. And just remember, if you aren't sure, you can right click and find the properties of the link and make sure its the site you are wanting to go to.


so its been about seven hours since i've started this and Ive still got so much to fix. =|





edit::: Alright! almost ten hours of sitting at my computer and trying to fix it! ..... www.majorgeeks.com is a GREAT website. Not that my computer is fully fixed, someone is helping me with that on the site, but still. Hoorah for free help. And at least the dancing hag with huge boobs is gone.

YAY! MY INTERVIEW IS OVER!!! I had to do this interview/ portfolio review for my official admission into the music education program and I've been uberly stressing out about it and now it's OVER!!!
