Hate's such a strong word. :/
I don't dislike her either.
I haven't read the series for some time now so I can't really remember much about her. Maybe it's because there wasn't enough character development on her. As Ron's sister, Harry's girlfriend then wife, and the focus of book 3, she should have been much more fleshed out. Or maybe she was fleshed out, just not in a very memorable way.
