I would probably be Narcissa (I class her as a Death Eater) because there is a possiblity she would be able to get out of legal trouble & due to the fact Narcissa is not very involved with the the things that could get her sent to Azkbhan.

Well, that is very easy. I would have to be Lord Voldemort himself. Although I am not a big fan on what Hitler did in real life (which was wrong) Voldemort reminds me of Hitler. Voldemort is just pure evil which I admire. He dosn't take bull from anyone and parts with whomever he dosn't like. I also like his grillxD

I agree with that. It would be fantastic to be able to weild so much power over others, however I am too cowardly to be Voldemort. I feel he is coming to an awful end and therefore alike Voldemort, in a way, I would avoid death by choosing to be a less threatening Death Eater.

Well if that is the case everyone has to die eventually and face it, Voldemort has had power for quite some time. Besides if you belive in an afterlife he will probably be the new Devil.

...Then I think I agree with murderscene. No matter how chaotic, I would rather die in a Magical war than a Muggle war...those muggle "guns" sound most unpleasant...
