I remember seeing an interview with JKR a while back where she said she wrote a small part to the story where Draco and Theodore had a conversation about being the children of Death Eaters that she never used in the story. She said it was never vital to the plot but it would be cool to read.

I want to read it so badly. Theodore deserves to have a character too. Blaise does now. Besides from that, like JKR has said, Theodore is more clever than Draco is and Draco even respects him. I think JKR said he was the only person he saw as an equal and in some ways, as his better or something. I can't remember the exact quote, but I think that's basically it.

Ignoring my love for Theodore, it would just be cool to read a part like that for Draco. <3
