I think at the rate they are going, they won't have it open until later in October. Unless they really get on the move, because there are like 2 major ways to earn points at the moment--potions and wizard's duel. And dueling has been down for a really long time. I just don't think they will open the site to everyone until that's back up.

Also there's still less than 400k people in, so they should let those other 600k in before they open officially also. It's only fair.
