I agree. My mom has a best friend who lives there. His brother was in the hospital when the eearthquake happened.

Earthquakes are completely natural and are necessary for shaping land-masses above the ocean. Don't be depressed for a natural occurrence, it happens like rain.

It could have easily happened to a country we did not like, sure there would be people wanting to help, but what it comes down to is if helping them helps us. It isn't nice, but it's the truth.
