umm not sure who got into the crazy juice, but it seems that they reactivated the scavenger head portion of the Easter event. Although you don't get to collect the heads you do seem to get the post Easter event item (Diedrich's Cone of Shame) even if you didn't participate in the event.

My only guess is that they did this so the people who glitched and didn't receive the item before now have a chance to get it.
