LOL, very true. Hubby's mom still frets about him and when we visited in the summer she kept trying to do so much for us. She even bought me new shoes. xD Mine were a good ten years old and broke while we were on the road trip from Virginia back to Ontario, but I just wanted to buy new laces. She made me pick out the pair I liked the most (which ended up being nearly $80) and when I said, 'there's no way I'm paying that for shoes', she said 'you're not paying' and shooed me away. xD;;
