what program do you use?

Thanks! I use a mix of Paint Tool Sai and Photoshop (Cs2 because I'm old and hate change, lmao). I do most of the grunt work in SAI and all the necessary touch ups in Photoshop (for example, my monitor is dying, so everything is always super red or super blue and I have to check on hubby's laptop to find out what's actually correct, then I adjust accordingly).

I got my start in CG in photoshop, but I liked the blending in SAI better. cat_whee

Any idea why you've been in pain? An injury? :< I'd definitely suggest a heating pad. That's what I use for back aches. My father-in-law gave me one that vibrates because he never ended up using it. xD; Cats seem to enjoy it, but I keep them off because it can burn them (though they make cat safe ones :3)).
