It's fine. I'm chatting with a lot of people so at least this way I can write replies that aren't really rushed. Spock is pretty cool. I really like Scotty as well. The dialogue between Spock and Mccoy amuses me a lot. I still find it really hard to believe that the special effects in TOS were considered good when it was filmed. Then again, it was filmed in the 60's....geez technology has come so far.

You should. I've become addicted despite being well out of the age group it's intended for. It's kind of like the MLP fad I suppose. There are a lot of older fans for that and it's meant to be for kids.
Yeah, I love the Spock and Mccoy moments. They always have something to bicker about and it's amusing for us.
xp I started watching TNG pretty much as soon as I finished TOS so the major upgrade in effects really stood out for me. Think there is some better writting in TNG as well, one of the things that annoyed be about TOS was it seemed like they reused the same story lines over and over and just used different aliens. My only complaint about TNG is there aren't enough Vulcans. Well that and I wish the actress who played Tasha didn't leave the show.

Yeah, that seems to be pretty common! There are some pretty cool shows out that are popular with an audience it wasn't intented for.
