You are not respected in the emo community because you only pretend to be something that you are not. Your not emo but you try to stereotype on a "typical emo" publicized by the media. You only act depressed and melanchonic just so you can try and fit in with other emos. On sites such as myspace and facebook you only add emos as freinds and may have as much as 20,000 friends all of which you don't know. bottom line you have no real problems or any anxiety and are therefore not true emos. You may be able to fool others from the outside but with emo's the inside counts and you will be quickly found out for what you really are.
