the only reason its illegal is because the alcohal/cig industries pay the government money, so that they don't lose customers.

RohRoh The Rainboh--  If they did that, it wouldn't be as fun and it would cost hella less. ..it wouldn't be as fun if it was legal? wtf? its only 'fun' because you do something illegal? *sigh* I personally find it kinda relaxing, but it leaves me really scattered and i don't want to end up schizophrenic so i stopped. but then i'm from australia anyway. |

It is in the govt's best interest to have a war waged that can never be won. The powers that are available to them are greater than at peace time. Its a loophole politicians figured out to retain more power over the people. The law making pot illegal was passed using subterfuge and was done using the slang word so the general population would not know what they were making illegal. The testing that has been done shows that there is medical use for it but because that did not fit the ideal of the religious right. They (the govt) confiscated the studies and burned the results. They also produced some of the most misleading propaganda imaginable - see "Reefer Madness" and others. At some point in our history someone got the idea that if we enjoyed it is must be sinful therefore banned. I have often wondered why no one has taken it to court arguing for right to pursue happiness as guaranteed by our forefathers? An interesting subject really...

Leetoz you can't go skitzo from smoking bud. yeah a friend of mine was prone to it genetically and the doctors said that his cronic pot smoking ******** up his brain even more and brought it on. *shrug* might be bs, but i dunno. i'm still cautious |

Smoking weed is alot healthier than smoking cigs, or drinking. Don't panic its organic.
Weed is a plant, and you actually smoke the plant with out any additives unlike cigs where they add alot of s**t that kills you. |

Actually there are studies that show those with mental problems are more prone to issues with whatever there problems are...

I wish they'd legalize it already....people'd be a hell of a lot more mellow. But the people of this country are too brainwashed into thinking it's sooo bad, yet there isn't one recorded death that was caused from smoking pot. How many people die a DAY from alcohol and cigs? Yet no one does anything about it....
