neutral Well maybe cause he has a funny rule. He kills "bad" people which includes MURDERERS so by this rule he should be killed himself.
And lets get something straight it is NEVER okay to take a life no matter how they spend it.

lol What now? how is stating something infact forcing it? I ain't doing nothing to influence them. And plus the whole point to punishment is for them to learn the message and if you kill them then nobody learned anything therefore you automatically destroy the purpose of killing them in the first place which makes you a murderer. And technically there's NOTHING in the universe saying what they did was wrong in the first place and if you think it's right to kill someone for what you "think" is wrong what if i think what your doing is wrong am i aloud to kill you to? In the end did you forget the right to life which is why murder is illegal.
I totally agree! In fact, I even support it to an extent. There does come a time when a MASS-murder becomes no longer human and is NOT able to stop killing. Then he becomes a threat to sociaty and if the sociaty is to keep going on, they need to find a way to eliminate that threat. (It does not neccisarily mean 'kill' the threat.) And what of the soldiers? Isn't thier job to kill for the sake of thier country? And isn't killing in battle ALSO murder? But then how would a country defend itself from attack?
If there was actually a person like Kira in the world, then he would kill a country's main form of defence. Then people would not only become too hesitant to commit a crime; but also people would become to hesitant to do anything at all.
And partially what difigns murder as wrong goes back to animal instict. It would be counter-productive for the survival of the species if everybody went around killing each other.
