You now the same could be said about many nations. I mean - isn't there the theory that we all came from Africa anyway? In that case none of us have a right to say we are completely from our country. and many people in other countries have mixed lineage.

Besides - I'm adopted and don't know my heritage - so really - all I can say is that I'm American.

Also - I kind of like being able to say that the founding fathers fought a war everyone thought they would lose only to be able to prove them all wrong and beat the biggest nation at the time.
