No, not really. With the exception of England and France, most of us Europeans can say we're mostly/fully of our country's ancestry. Especially in Italy and Russia.

meh. Not really. The lack of a cultural heritage cuts down on the amount of s**t that we feel obligated to do simply cuz it's always been done that way, and that's pretty nice.

I have been told that it sucks a** to travel outside of the country due to the amount of s**t that you have to put up with from America-hating locals tho.
