I'm watching on Bio right now a thing about vampires (both real and in pop culture) and they were saying there's plans for a "disney like theme park of dracula"

Does it have to be based solely on Dracula? I mean, vampires, ok, but werewolves and other monsters are awesome too. I would love the idea of a Disney Horror theme park.
