Your system isn't already fine. You pay for healthcare. You put a price upon medical treatment. You are saying people should only receive medical intervention if they have a padded wallet. No.

Republicans believe charities should handle poor people so they do not have to be the problem of the state, despite state policies often being directly responsible for those suffering from poverty.

Capitalism has never been about survival of the strongest. It's mostly about preservation of wealthy dynasties.
