I don't usually look, actually. I recognize people based on their signatures, not their user names.
But yeah, when I do notice and it has any of the things you stated, my respect for that person drops.

Doesn't really matter to me, but sometimes I can tell if it's a troll by looking at their username. Most of the time, I won't need to look at their name to know, though.

I think by looking at a person's username, you can get a general idea of the tone of the posts -- or even the character of the user.
