I never wear anything to sleep. I can't imagine why I ever would again after learning the superiority of nudity. Pants, shirts, even the softest cotton shorts just get jumbled and pulled around and constrict you. If it's too cold I just put on another blanket or stick my hot water bottle (with sheep covering!) in there with me.
