At least your parents pay attention to you and that's a GOOD thing. My parents paid no attention to me, gave me no discipline and I ended up doing bad things that could've ruined my life (luckily I was just smart enough to stop the bad stuff in time).

I think your parents should let you do what you want within reason but the most important thing is COMMUNICATION. Communicate with your parents and tell them to communicate with you about what you think and feel. It'll pay off in the future and you'll be thankful because adulthood feels like eternity.

You just want to fit in by being loud and annoying as possible I think it is sad how the freshman act in my school, like one day my ex said do you know what day it is, I said no i don't. She said loudly Bi-pride day. I dropped her right then and there, later she was found dressing up in bright clothing and highlighter stains all over.
