So I've noticed a lot of teenage girls on this site have it listed clearly that they are "bi". Now I have no doubt that there exists both in the world and on this site completely legitimate individuals who equally (or at least partially equally) desire a taco just as much as a hotdog but in reading some of these girls' profiles, as I am wont to do when I'm bored, doubts seep into my mind with regards to the truthfulness of their claim.

Are these types of people really bisexuals? Bi-curious? Or bi-trendy because Allison in second period said it's cool?

Honesty, have any of you had an actual sexual experience with your same sex or really considered it more than just a "hey I wonder what it would be like" kind of whimsical thought?

Now maybe I'm completely off my rocker here, but it seems to me that saying you're bi has become something of a fad with today's youth. Kinda like POGs. I tripple-dog-dare you to prove me wrong.

I think it's a mix of bi-curious and bi-trendy. It's no secret that a lot of men think lesbian sex is hot. Sluttier girls and guys use the bisexual tactic to get more nookie, because they're 14 and still retarded.

I have no proof of it's truth and no evidence that I heard it from someone, but I was told Homosexuallity is a retardation... IN MALES. Meaning females that claim to be bisexual or lesbian weren't born to be that way.. they were just raised wrong.

I know what you mean. And I know people who are genuinely bisexual so I'm not questioning whether the sexual preference (or lack thereof, I suppose) exists... but whether or not it's being used as a way to be an individual or something.

I get irritated at girls/guys that claim they're bisexual.
But right when they get into a relationship.
They'll change their preference to straight/gay depending on what sex they're dating.
Or if they get their heart broken by one sex.
