Because I won't play past Red and Blue I'm excluding all of these stupid new Pokemon.
I'd go with Dragonite for sure. Lapras is pretty high up there too. And I guess Mewtwo is a secret Pokemon, not a legendary, so him too.

Every pokemon has a weakness. If we're talking non-legendary, I'm going to have to go with Bronzor/Bronzong. It either has full immunity from one of its weaknesses OR it takes off the super effective-ness of its other weakness. So the only strategy to it is to have an anti-Bronzor with a ground move and a fire move on it. Because for some reason, a lot of jerks in Sinnoh think that it's the bomb to have one.
