WoW completely blows, I'm quitting because my Holy Priest almost made it into the top realm guild, which was above 20th place US, I almost made it in, but the final tryout week they switched to Horde. They said since I wasn't in the guild they couldn't fund the Transfer, but would invite me if I did. I'm broke, I steal prepaid game cards from Walmart.

Now I won't be able to do Icecrown Citidel, because that place will only be for top guilds. Just like all the rewards and gear in the game, Blizzard is just going to keep favoring the top guilds while shining those things in other people's faces, the lucky 25 people on your realm aren't gonna have to deal with Blizzard laughing at you saying "haha look what you can't get!!!" at least for 4 months of raiding. And the expansion will be out before that.

I think Icecrown Clitidel will be out for like a month before the expansion, just like BC did with Sunwell. I've been playing for 3 years, I'm one of the best healers on Black Dragonflight server, I'm quitting because Blizzard sucks and to them, coming in 2nd place = nothing.

I went to Toysrus once to buy a game card. I paid for my game card and opened up the box. Guess what? Some punk stole it. I was so mad. I spent 30 bucks for an empty box. So I dash into the store right away and they believe me. Luckily I get a box with a card in it this time. I hate punks who steal since you know you are screwing over someone who is paying to play the game. =/

Not to mention 30 dollars every 2 months is easy to do I could save that just from putting nickles and dimes in a jar. I buy my gamecards at Walmart and apparently they were getting stolen so much Blizzard made them lock em up or they wouldnt allow that store to carry them anymore.

Besides, if you cannot afford to play the awesomeness that is WoW there are ways to play for free that do not include stealing.... from actual stores.... That way you don't take from other people who pay for it... All you need to know is where to go...

All everyone here whines about is gear.
You know, there is a lot more to this ******** game then your armor.
Somehow I think the +10 int and +15 spr you're going to get upgraded isn't going to make you suck any less.

Just saying...
Get some skills, then maybe getting gear wont be your entire WoW-life.

As for the whole Q_Qing over guilds and s**t: My guild is awesome, we barely have 20 level 80s but each of them are amazing people. When we want to raid we get the few 80s who are online together, and scan our friends list for PuG peeps. I don't know about you, but I have a huge friend list packed full of people who are great and would be excellent in raids.

Why you think you need to be in the 'TOP RAIDING GUILD ZOMG!!!1' just to pull off 25 man is beyond me.
Since about a month ago, I've done Ony, Ulduar, VoA and TotC with maybe...3 people in my guild present?
All raids went off without a hitch.

Don't be so a**l and start a PuG. Or maybe find another guild?

Normally I don't give a flying fig about someone bitching because they can't get all the "kewl phat lewts" first. However I have no sympathy or respect for someone who steals from a store. It doesn't matter if it's a prepaid game card or a box of Pocky.

You steal and that makes you horrible. You most likely don't care who ends up paying for your repercussions, but I am going to tell you anyways. People who do pay are the ones who suffer the consequences for your misdeeds. Stolen goods is the biggest reason the price in goods gets raised.

Instead of stealing those prepaid game cards you could have asked your parent(s) or guardian(s) what more you could do to get a raise in allowance. You could have said "Hey, I want to buy 60 day prepaid game cards every other month, but they're $30. Can I do something more to earn extra allowance?"

You could save up change. That's what I do. In the span of a couple of weeks I already have $21.47.

Or, if you're an adult, you could budget your paycheck better.

Instead you chose to steal and I am going to end up paying for that. I'm glad you're quitting WoW.

WoW does offer a free 2 week trial, IIRC. If you can support that, then the rest should be fine.

Besides what was mentioned previously, it can also mean "If I recall correctly."

There is a 10 day trial and a 14 day trial. It's not a big problem if you've activated a trial and not been able to use it. There are many trial passes available. I have an unused trial pass myself somewhere. If you need another one, I'm sure I or someone else can help you out. I believe the vanilla version (the original WoW release) and each expansion pack comes with a 14 day pass tied to the CD/DVD key and two 10 day passes for friends, but I may be mistaken.

If you post your system specs, we could determine whether you might be experiencing a hardware issue or not.
