Portal downloaded for me in an hour and I haven't tried Half-Life yet. So I'm assuming they do, but TF2 has just had a lot of updates with big changes to them that it takes more time.

I've never seen anyone cosplay a character from the Blu team. For some reason it always seems to be Red.
