I have an NVIDIA Geforce GTX 670, and it runs wonderfully. I'm not sure about the 630, but it might! I'd check on their website. I have no lag, lovely fur, and great graphics + mods and CC.

Ive never bought an non disk version of any Sim game ever. I really want to get dragon valley , If something went wrong with my comp would I have to re purchase it?

If you're purchasing it off of Origin or TS3 Store, then no. You would simply re download it from those places.
