Fire2night

Parasol is one of the best ones.
I used it for boss battles in Kirby's adventure, made it to Kracko!

Favorite music is Green Greens... Kirby has some nice music. Makes you happy.

Kirby music is my favorite Nintendo (and the Hal Labs) made music.

I just recently got Return to dreamland, but I love it biggrin I hope to 100% it like I did for KSSU. To an above comment, yes Spark is the BEST ability for True Arena, even better than hammer. xd I'm disappointed to hear Galactica Knight is only in the Arena modes, and is easier to fight. sad I'm only at like, the fourth ship part so I got some time left to finish. XD

My fav is Tornado.

I think my fave is between Mirror and Sword. blaugh


and about the music comment, I gotta say I love all of Nintendo's music xd from kirby, mario, zelda metroid the Smash Bros series, etc. I think they have tons of great soundtracks

I just recently got Return to dreamland, but I love it biggrin I hope to 100% it like I did for KSSU. I love all Nintendo music too, but Kirby is one of the greater ones along with LoZ. Getting 100% in RtDL is easier than KSSU. There isn't as much that needs to be done, and the only ones I found quite difficult was the Water and Wing Challenge. The other ones are easy.

Yeah, I'd have to say the Arena was really easy in this game. True Arena is also really easy if you are using Spark, but if you try to go for an ability solo run (which I was trying to to do for Whip) it varies on difficulty.

Oddly enough, Magalor, Landia and even Galacta Knight are the bosses I find EASY in True Arena. Everything else is a d**k.

The hardest boss of the True Arena for me was the Lor Starcutter. Though, since you had a full health potential, it was a lot easier then it was in the Extra Mode Story.

Really? Lor is probably the easiest I think because it announces its attacks very loudly, and for the most part, doesn't really change its attack pattern. Once you've fought it at least twice, you know the attack patterns and it's fairly easy to dodge.

I think anyway.

Meanwhile, Mr. Dooter gives me trouble, along with FATTY PUFFFFEEERRR (the cousin of my nemesis), so I guess it all evens out, XD

Mr. Dooter I found easy. Fatty Puffer was only annoying in EX mode because of only one attack. The one, while he's large, rolls around the whole screen because I never see it coming. My biggest enemy in Normal mode was Goriath only because I tried him with ninja first... Bad idea.

I love most of the Kirby soundtrack...IF NOT ALL! I just bought Kirby Mass Attack for the DS, but I need to get the Wii game, Return to Dreamland >.<!

Been playing some Kirby's Return to Dream Land with some friends. I play as King Dedede most of the time but tried Meta Knight recently and holy s**t he's overpowered (just like in Brawl amirite?).

I was actually playing RtDL a few days ago with three other friends on my one friend's file...

We got a Game Over because they kept jumping into pits. I asked him how he could be that bad at a Kirby game, and he just said, "well... ... I thought it was hard"

I was actually playing RtDL a few days ago with three other friends on my one friend's file...

We got a Game Over because they kept jumping into pits. I asked him how he could be that bad at a Kirby game, and he just said, "well... ... I thought it was hard"

Lol!! I haven't played RtDL since December. I've been busy with getting 5 stars on my Mario 3D Land file (which I did just 5 days after I got it), and getting gold medals on all the Star Fox 64 3D Score Attack mode (which I haven't been doing too well with it, at least when compared to Mario 3D Land).

I do believe your friend was trolling you, Kenta. Probably not doing a very good job of it, but yeah.

After playing through RtDL once , I just pick it up once in a while to play a few stages on file 2. I think from January to now I'm only back up to stage 4 on Onion Ocean in normal mode.

I beat Kirby: Return to Dreamland 100%! And I find that the Leaf Ability is the best. You can hide as a bush by pressing A and you don't even get hurt at all! I basically survived the True Arena by doing that. That and I had friends helping me. But at the odd time I had to defeat a boss on my own, like Fatty Puffer EX, Goriath EX, HR-D3... it wasn't easy hiding, deciding when to attack, when to hide... but we managed to do it in around... 40 minutes.

That kinda reminds me of using the rock ability in the True Arena of KSSU. Took me 21 minutes, then I redid it with hammer and beat it in 8.
For me, I have the most luck in the arenas with tornado, which I used to beat both of them. The leaf ability for me was just too weak for my taste (in the arenas. I love it in adventure mode). I like being able to beat bosses in the arenas with only a few attacks (like using Bugzy in Helper to Hero, you can beat a lot of the bosses with one blow)

As Leaf Kirby I can stop guarding and the leaves can hurt the enemy. That's how I defeated Goriath EX. Constantly guarded and unguarded and a few Leaf Uppercuts. There's nothing worse than being killed by a flimsy leaf.

Goriath just reminds me a lot of different Shonen tropes. Not sure if that was intentional in his design...
