Further suggestion if you're still having trouble: enter without wearing anything. Your shadow will spawn, also without wearing anything. Once the shadow has appeared, re-equip everything and just go for it.

Also, if you don't know, use Magic Missile 1 with maxed cool time as your "basic" attack. With max cool, it has a 0.9s cool time, giving you far more attacks than the 4.0s normal cool time of MM 2 and above, while still using only a handful of sp.

If you still have trouble, whisper Gamina. She can put you into contact with a t3 buff capable cleric.
