It's even been hinted that Dante may be a main playable character with Nero. Never ASSUME. It makes an a** out of U and ME. Well...mostly you. stare

Hmm.....now that you mention it, I have only seen one level with them using Nero.....

Well I believe that sometimes it's good for a series to throw in a new main character for a certain game. It allows the story to be fleshed out in new ways as well as provides new possibilities for game mechanics and combat, thus providing something fresh in a series.

I agree. If I remember, DMC 2 wasn't recieved so well because there was nothing fresh or new added upon it. From what I've seen so far, DMC 4 looks promising.

I guess that's because Devils Never Cry is associated with the third installment of the game. DMC4 by the looks of it might have more of an opera-like tone to it... sweatdrop

Nero accually may be BETTER than Dante.
Grapple arm, and the Motorcycle brake may be used to activate sword power-ups.
(If dante goes DT, then of-course, he's f*cked)

Nero is going to be awsome. Fanboys/ girls need to stop complaining because dante isnt the main character.You can probably play as him so stop whining. But where's Vergil? I read that he wont be in the game. Plus, nero's sword is kick. ninja

The game hasn't even come out yet(let alone the system for it) and you're already whining about something!? So Dante's not the main controlable character...boo-freaking-hoo!... You haven't even given this game a chance and you're already saying you hate the series? if that's the case then you were never a true DMC fan to begin with. The game is more than just Dante you know... neutral
