Phrozen Pikachu
Metroid Other M tried to be a 3d super metroid game. It was good but tooo short.
Guess they reall should try making a 2d like super metroid/fusion game again tha was actually metroid in its prime .... haha lame joke -.-
A lot of people didn't like the story much, either.
They hated seeing Samus's vulnerable, human side, preferring the cool-as-ice demeanor we've grown used to all this time.
I'm not in agreement with those people; it was nice to see the story of how Samus became the calm and collected professional that we all know and love. It made her more endearing, seeing her vulnerable sides and getting to know more of her personality like that.
But again, I'm an odd duck, so I guess my opinion on that doesn't matter much.
Anyways, MY gripe with Other M is that the game didn't feel vast enough.
Even Super Metroid felt like it gave us more room to explore than Other M did.
Other M felt cramped, to the point where it impacted the sense of freedom and exploration that I've grown to love about the series.
What I'd like to see is a sequel to Metroid Fusion, using Other M's style, but with Fusions open, varied environments and exploration elements.
Right now Fusion is my favorite 2-D Metroid game to date, so it would be wonderful to see it given a sequel that kept the charm and entertainment value it displayed.
