im not selling it for profit, if im correct (im probably not) the 2D oot was going to be sold. I've tried to contact nintendo about it... I never get any answers. I give all credit to nintendo anyway (save my characters), their logo is all over the game... hopefully thats enough. Ive seen and played dozens of fan zelda games and as far as I know none of them have been shut down because they werent being sold for profit.

Exactly. I'm surprised no one's asked for my ideas yet, as they seem to fit into the Zelda universe a little better than this one.

I noticed that you said this takes place roughly 100 years after OoT. Twilight Princess currently holds that. Is this an alternate?

Its not on the offical timeline at all, at least I havnt put it on the timeline yet. Originally it was going to be between OoT and TP but then I would have to stick with continuety too much. I think at this point its safe to say its in its own little universe, but there are tons of references to OoT in it and accurate Zelda lore.

At least you tried to contact them, so you if you keep proof of that (not sure how exactly, I don't use email much) then it should work out.

I really would like Shigeru Miyamoto and the heads of Nintendo to see this little project ive been working on. I know he would no way give me rights to produce the game, but I would hope the story and the idea would intrigue him. Me and my unreachable dreams... *sighs*
