on the day before iy came out i was in a tordament but i got 4th place and got crap...But it was still fun smile
and i am a dork bc i dont have a 360 but i am waiting for the falocn to come out....its a better xbox 360 with all the good crap in it.... PM me if you wana see some posters i made of halo 3 |

So far my only source of discontent has been from the fact that I have a satellite connection keeping me from online multiplayer stressed but I guess I'll be more appreciative of it since I won't be online 24/7...not to mention all that sleep I won't lose sweatdrop

Halo 3 is awesome but sometimes, I think that people criticize it for attention on Gaia at times.I tend to just ignore it, but the game was really nice.Especially showing us how the humans and covenant are infected then transformed.
I got scared as heck looking at the transformation.The good thing though it you actually get to play online coop.Been dreaming about it ever since halo combat evolved came out before.Now I can actually fight with people side by side without having to wait for my damned cousins to play with me ^.^ Well...I'm not gonna say anything about the ending...but this....it was IRONIC. |

I am so glad it came out!! I was at Wal-mart with my brother on monday night before it came out waiting for it and stayed up ALL NIGHT playing it. We finishe dit on co-op in eight hours, and I had to go to school running on no sleep. I love the new editions, like the mongoose, and the sheilds. I'm so excited that they finally came out with it!! |

Ok guys seriously, i'll shed a little wisdom for you that will make your gaming lives easier.
As a General rule of thumb, don't hype a game. Yes that even includes halo. As its coming out, look forward to it, but try your best not to set little imaginary expectations and feed into the teasers to much. See if you do that, you'll more likely be overly disappointed despite how good a game is. Look people, halo 3 isn't going to reach out and masturbate you, dope you up on drugs, and talk dirty to you while giving you a fun gaming expierience. I see stupid people on this forum talking about how the graphics should be better ... well what the hell do you expect, virtual reality? For grunts to run across your room outside of the TV screen and give you a heart attack? Jesus christ how much better could it get while loading fast and actually coming out on deadline? Its not like there is anything on the market that actually blows it away. Short campaign? Its a fast and fun shoot em up that has you replaying the campaign over and over again. If it was to long, you would b***h about that too. Bad story? Frankly you don't know what good story is then. The whole cortanna and gravemind cut ins might have gotten FEAR-esque and cheesy as such, but it was a damned good story. Past that when you go to defend your halo bashing ... at least compare the game to other games that are similar in genre. |

Still waiting for my copy to come in the mail. V_V
But, a friend finally got HIS copy in the mail yesterday, so hopefully I'll be able to do some multiplayer before I get mine. Although, I'm actually not as excited as I was for it anymore. I mean, the storyline and multiplayer (in the series as a whole) are good, but at this point it's starting to feel like the same game over and over again with just a few changes. Granted the new one got a major cosmetic update, but still . . . It's just Halo 3, or as my friend calls it "Halo 2 HD for the Xbox360." Still really want my copy to get here, though. =P |

The campaign was a bit too short, I completed it in 3 and half hours and it wasn’t as fun as the previous 2. Online though is reallllly fun 3nodding , although I suck at it haha. Oh and the new guns are pretty sick as well. The ending was a bit "meh" but what ya gonna do?

does anyone agree that the ending is like Marble Blast: Ultra?
i thought the campaign was not too badly challenging. i just completed it moments ago (all through on heroic)... so thats 4 days to complete the multiplayer is great fun though- except these nobs started bitching at me because i asked them to keep the noise down because they were screaming and talking s**t... so i muted and avoided them. cant wait to make some more maps |
