Mulitiplayer is still the best part of halo. And indeed the campaign was too short. Would've liked to kick the covenant off the earth and then take the fight to their homeworlds. =/

I can't wait to play it... and I was so shocked to see the full game in FYE a couple of days ago. I played for four hours standing up on heroic. Got to the big scarab and said "******** this." I couldn't kill it whatsoever! |

The worthog escape at the end was MUCH more epic than the one from Combat Evolved.

A generation of Halo stickies (Halo 2 release buffer - Halo 3 containment) has changed over, and we still have that Kingdom Hearts II sticky. I wonder how long that thing will be necessary. It seems the big discussion now is on the new ones that have been announced.
Veras Gunn I've been a supporter of the series and, while defiantly not the best game ever, the third game set a new bar for the series in general. The story isn't great, but the online features make it's replayability almost infinitesimal. The character customization adds a nice level of personality to each person. The changes from the first, second and indeed the beta definitely show. I would've liked to see more storywise, but I can always read the novels for more of that. lol Sorry, but I just have to point this one out. |

I like the stereotype that Halo fans are stupid for liking a game that a whole bunch of other people like.
I dunno, it MIGHT actually be a good game, and us Halo "fanwanks" are gamers, too. Gotta love those fun games. :p Halo 3 has no BXR, and no super bounces have been discovered yet, and the assault rifle makes a much better starting weapon because it aint dual wieldable. Glitches my foot. carl the fallen ending=sad (does it change depending on difficulty? or is the result the same?)) Ther might be an alternate ending on Legendary. :p |

I was watching my cousins friends play and they found one on a level a ways before the warthog escapade up high after flying around on those...things I forgot the name of. And Halo3 is awesome multiplayer. I love you can watch your games afterward from any view to see what happened from all angles. |

AngelOfDeath6689 i hated halo 2 i dont even wanna see halo 3. its the same assholes online and there will be the same glitches I thought the same thing, Halo 3 would just be Halo 2 all over again, but I played/finished it and was quite thoroughly impressed, the gameplay is extrodinarily well done and it has the very same feel as Combat Evolved. I mean, the Pistol still sucks, and was nowhere near as cool as the first pistol (gotta love that gun) but nonetheless, I was very, very impressed. The AI is great, the graphics and lighting were PHENOMINAL (Prolly spelt that wrong, meh.) and the story had the same feel to it as CE. 10/10 methinks. Oh, and the Forge is totally kickass ;D |
