Went back to play the first, and it keeps crashing on me. Stupid computer port.

I think, before they make the last AC, they should make a spin-off or something of Subject 16's journey through the Animus with his ancestor(s)~

What if the Animus somehow "absorbed" Subject 16's psyche while his real self suffers from the Bleeding Effect's downside. That would explain how he conversed with Desmond while he's dead.

Two different Animus's.
I believe it is stated he simply wrote a hidden code, that appeared as glyphs, in the base of the Animus's Programming so when the Assassins copied the Animus they also copied the hacks.

I just wonder what kind of relative 16 is to Desmond and how much of his memories are encoded into the Animus

Ah. It was mostly to finish Ezio's story up, side game-ish.

Brotherhood got really damn crazy at the end. I like doing Ezios story sure...but Im mainly interested in Desmonds, and when I saw subject 16s stuff and the end of the game, holy crap it is crazy
