can some one help me please before i stop playing the game i never play it again???

i cant seem to find the red rings with the star in the middle. ive found them all in the Tropical Resort, and almost have them all in the Aquarium Park and in the Asteriod Coaster. i need help to find the rest. Also, im missing one last chaos emerald. can some one tell me where can i find the last one and how can i get it???

please help me. i have a lot of ds games and some i dont play any more. i really dont want this one become like the ones i never play.
