Get attacked by a vampire until you notice you're infected. Then you wait 4 days (I think) for it to spread until its permanent.

Just go attack vampires in caves, its really easy to get the sickness in skyrim.

Spend some time fighting vampires and then ignore everyone that says you look sickly. xd

I'm going to assume you haven't actually run into any vampires yet because I always seem to get infected the moment one touches me.

And a fair warning, don't do it. Vampire status is a pain in the arse to live by and the consequences of being one can really ruin your fun. Unless you already know what you're going to be getting yourself into, try not to get it.

If you are a werewolf you can't become a vampire and the other way around due to 100% disease resistance.

You should also make sure to uneqiup any disease resisting items especially if you are an Argonian or a wood elf.

My high elf is just wearing the old gods armor set and doesn't have lycanthropy. Only my kajit is the werewolf

Go to Morthal. There's a place near it filled with vampires, but it's also quest related. Inquire at the Jarl's place.
