Question about a game called megaman x command mission

is it true or false that you can play as a different megaman or protoman in the game

False. Though you can find different form types for Megaman X and the rest of the useable squadmates, if that matters. (these form types add special abilities depending on the squadmate. For example, one of them can turn invisible which pretty much has it to where the user can dodge every attack done to him)

You play as Megaman X in the game and I do remember that rumor about playing Protoman in game, but it was proven false and the only thing you can do to look like Blues is to change the color of your scarf to yellow. sad

well to what I know people said you had to do something in the options menu and the backround color changes to let you know if you got it right or something
