Sure it can. I'll be out 60 dollars for a game that has you running circles over and over again. If they want to keep people playing definite changes are gonna have to be made, more things to do, not just doing the same area 100+ times just to gain a single level.

The only reason I really liked and played PSO/U was the play style and character customization. It's great. You actually look like your own original character as opposed to having presets and running around looking similar to everyone else... but that being said, I'm not going to make the same mistake and jump on the band wagon just because it looks pretty.
