Writing the thread? Yeah it took a while, but when you love a game it doesn't bother you one bit. I enjoyed writing it. smile

New Question: What part of the game did you find the hardest?

You know when you meet up with the king of aiyglyph in the mosel ruins? You know when you destroy the door and you go into an underground cavern? I don't know what's at the end of that but I kept getting killed by a huge gloop monster. I never passed it.

The cave of trials. Tried the first boss thing, died or got nearly beaten the first time and ran the hell away. I'm not much of an extras doing person. xD

But the hardest thing, that I managed to pass, was Luther, I guess. I can't remember if I got stuck anywhere else.

I know I asked this on the SO2 thread, but I just wanna see, since there may be different members on here and stuff.

Does anyone know a site where I can read the Star Ocean 2 and/or Star Ocean 3 manga? You know, where fans scan the pages and translate them and put them on the internet?

Hardest part of the game for me? That was Freya, no question. Even at Max level with everything you can possibly get for all of the characters, it still took me forever to beat. After that would have to be Gabriel Celestia, only because he was so fast. Then it was Lenneth and her mega long spear of death. Last would have to be The Convictor fight, but I went into that at really low health, so that may have had someting to do with it.

Gabriel by far my most hated boss at the moment >.< i pitied maria so much even with the extra speed he killed me like 20 times b4 i actually defeated him. Luther seemed beyond easy for a last boss i was seconds away from a no hp loss win damn that vile map atk

Yeah, thats another tough part of the Mosel Dunes, visability in there is rather low as well.

For me I actually found Lenneth the hardest, when I finally reached her she just owned me badly time and time again. I got that worried about it I probably overprepared there after and the fight finally after mass levelling and inventing was rather easy. Freya was then no real problem for me, as the Lenneth preparation is basically a straight transfer for Freya. XD

I've noticed some official threads have a quiz or something like that in them, would you guys try them out if I added a few quiz like questions every day or so? Ideas welcome.

Yeah, Quiz's own.. Make sure you add Quotes in there as well. Hardest boss? Hmm.. I was going to say Freya until I kicked her butt without taking damage in Galaxy recently. I'm going to say the hardest boss is the Inquistor on Universe or 4D level. It's cause your not really leveled up to fight him, and he owned me like 20 times. I felt pathetic, cause he was such a pushover in Galaxy.

The Inquistor is that torture guy in the Airyglyph Prison cells that you fight as soon as Nel comes to rescue you.

Not until you try it on 4D, then it's tougher. There you need a few Clone Generators and Fayt's Blazing Sword before you have a chance to win. 4D is so hard and frustrating...but I love it.

I've played the game, but haven't finished it... I got to the beginning of the second disc and haven't played since... guess I should go back and play it. LOL
