Do I bust out the cartridge or start a new game on my R4 chip..

Well, I wouldn't delete the old one, I'd just continue.
Although I'd be quite sad cause I haven't played in months.

From what I've seen around this forum, it tends to just mean that the page has a fancy first page, possibly a banner, and they arbitrarily declared themselves "official"
