Are there any servers for Parkour maps on Minecraft, or are the majority of them only for download?

Can someone give me a few servers for good Parkour maps?

Mods exist to help with that, like Smart Moving. It allows you to crouch jump, climb/hang from walls, and all that jazz.

"Tried to swim in lava and died!"
