Mario Kart 8 Question

Ok, in Mario Kart Wii I liked the bike I used (Sugar Scoot) and it seemed to handle offroad better than other things and I didn't feel like I slowed down too much if I didn't stick to the road. Is there a good bike I could make in 8 that's like it? There's no stat for offroad, but is there any good combo that doesn't slow you down drastically when you go offroad?

Offroad is just a hidden stat. There are tables online where you can get all the part stats and hidden attributes.

Infound a hidden stat chart, but there no offroad section. It has things like handling and speed for each terrain, boost info, etc but nothing on offroad
