-escape?refract charges, invis and slow
-damage? refract charges and negative armour
-defense? refract charges
-range? And can hit the guy behind
-chase? slow with a 5 second cd and lasts for 4 seconds

the hero who has it all. Also deals damage through magic immunity (LOL)

Concept-wise, it's Orianna.
Gameplay-wise, it used to be the old Evelynn, but now that they changed her, I don't know.

lissandra, I main her support, her insane damage and CC gives you a free lane as soon as you hit level 3, you harass your lane opponents and you can catch up or run away easily, partnered with a graves you can kill pretty much anyone, especially with ult, as everyone in an area gets damaged so their support is forced to run away, or die along with the carry.
