Trolling? Skarner solo tops quite often and Sion is capable of solo top and jungle too, either way ideally they are a great composition. However, AP Sion shouldn't be jungling, it should be AD.

sion should never jungle over skarner.. ever.

skarner clears jungle 2 times faster, and ganks better.
